导游员现场急救知识与技能培训效果评价

摘要

Objective This study aims to explore the effective method and mode which is suitable for first aid training capability of tour guides. Methods 80 qualified guides in Haikou were selected for a 16 hours of first aid knowledge and skills training. The effect of this training mode was assessed by questionnaire investigation and skill test.Results After this training ,guides'first aid knowledge and cardiopulmonary resuscitation capability were sig-nificantly improved(P＜ 0.05) ,and training intervention was more effective.In addition ,more improvement in the cardiopulmonary resuscitation ability was observed in male guides than female guides ,and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P＜ 0.05).Conclusion This training mode using "theory ,video and skill" could significantly im-prove guides'ability to learn first-aid knowledge and skills.%目的 探索导游员现场急救能力培训的有效方法和模式.方法 选取海口市具有导游资质的导游员80人,通过16学时的现场急救知识与技能培训,最后以问卷调查和技能考核的形式评价培训效果.结果 培训前后,导游员的现场急救知识掌握程度和心肺复苏操作能力差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05) ,培训干预效果明显.男性导游员心肺复苏操作能力提高程度高于女性导游员,且两者差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 "理论讲授+视频教学+技能操练"的教学模式可以明显提高导游员的现场急救知识与技能学习效果.
