提高太阳能热泵系统温度传感器测量准确性的研究

         

摘要

In order to solve the problem that the temperature of solar heat pump system is not accurately measured.A method of improving the accuracy of temperature measurement of Cu100 temperature sensor was put forward.Firstly,the Cu100 temperature sensor is carried out data calibration;secondly,the least square method is used to fit the data of actual measurement;lastly,by utilizing the principle of error evaluation,the most suitable corrective equation in the range of 10~100℃ for the Cu100 temperature sensor was identified.Through the actual verification,this method is effective to improve the accuracy of temperature measurement of solar heat pump system.%针对太阳能热泵系统中温度测量不准确的问题,提出了一种提高Cu100温度传感器的测温准确性的方法。首先,对Cu100温度传感器进行数据标定;其次,运用最小二乘法对实际测量的数据进行拟合;最后,利用误差评估原理,确定出在10℃~100℃的测温范围内最适合Cu100温度传感器的校正方程。经实际验证,该方法切实有效的提高了太阳能热泵系统测温的准确性。
