PDCA循环管理法在康复专科护士教学质量管理中的应用

         

摘要

Objective To explore the effectiveness of plan-do-check-action (PDCA) cycle in the management of teaching quality of reha-bilitation nurse. Methods From March, 2014 to March, 2015, 108 nurses were recruited in three terms. PDCA cycle was applied in the man-agement. Problems existing in their nursing work and nursing continuing education were investigated and analyzed, then improved in the next term. Results The teaching satisfactions were 86.12%, 90.13%, and 93.32%, respectively. The scores of theoretical examination, opera-tion examination and Power Point report gradually increased in nurses of three terms. Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle is effec-tive in the management of teaching quality of rehabilitation nurse.%目的:探讨PDCA循环管理法在康复专科护士培训教学质量持续改进中的应用。方法2014年3月~2015年3月招收的三届康复专科护士学员共108名。将PDCA循环引入康复专科护理教学管理工作中。每期考核完成后,利用PDCA循环法在教学、教材、师资、教学方法及临床见习方面进行改进。结果三届教师教学满意度分别为86.12%、90.13%、93.32%。三届护士的理论考核、操作考核及PPT汇报逐届提高。结论 PDCA循环管理法是实现康复专科护士护理教学质量持续改进的行之有效的管理方法。
