离心压缩机滑动轴承摩擦损失占总耗功的大部分,减小轴承耗功是设计高能效离心压缩机的关键。本文从动压滑动轴承工作条件着手,分析了轴承摩擦耗功的影响因素;根据影响因素的不同,采用DyRoBeS转子动力学软件进行轴承耗功计算,并通过实验进行验证。研究成果指出降低转速和轴颈可以大幅减小轴承耗功,并为设计高能效离心式制冷压缩机提供很好的参考。%The friction loss of the sliding bearing of centrifugal compressor occupies a large part of the total power. The key for designing high efficiency centrifugal compressor is to reduce the power consumption of the bearing. In this paper, the influence factors of friction power consumption of the bearing are analyzed form working conditions of the driving pressure sliding bearing. According to the different factors, the power consumptions of the bearings is calculated by the rotor dynamic software (DyRoBeS), and are verified by experiments. The research result shows that the power consumption of the bearing could substantially decrease by the lower speed and shaft diameter, and it provides a good reference for designing the high efficiency centrifugal compressor.
