重组枯草芽孢杆菌SE1制剂对肉鸡生长、抗氧化能力及免疫功能的影响

     

摘要

In order to research the effects of recombinant Bacillus subtilis SE1 on growth performence,immunity and antioxidation capacity in Broilers,a total of 120 one-day-old Broilers were randomly divided into 3 groups (4 repetitions per group).A group was fed the basal diet;B group was fed the basal diet supplemented with spores of B.subtilis 168 (1.0×106 cfu/g);C group was fed with a basal diet supplemented with spores of recombinant B.subtilis SEI (1.0×106 cfu/g).The feeding trial conducted for 42 days.The growth performance,immune function,liver and serum antioxidant capacity of Broilers were measured at 28 days and 42 days respectively.The results showed that recombinant B.subtilis SE1 and B.subtilis 168 had no significant differences on weight gain and immune organ index (p>0.05).T lymphocyte proliferation of Broilers in B group and C group were significantly higher than that of A group (p<0.05) 28 days post feeding trial.Compared with A group,C group had higher CAT activities in liver,higher SOD activities in serum of Broilers (p<0.05) on 42 days post feeding trial and lower MDA content in liver (p<0.01) or serum of Broilers (p<0.05) on 28 days post feeding trial.OmpC-specific serum IgG levels of Broilers in C group were significantly higher than that of B group and A group (p<0.01),and OmpC-specific intestinal mucosa IgA titers of Broilers in C group were higher than that of B group and A group (p<0.05).The findings indicated that the recombinant B.subtilis SEl could promote the immune and antioxidant function of Broilers,and induce the OmpC-specific serum IgG and intestinal mucosal IgA.%为探究重组枯草芽孢杆菌SE1制剂对肉鸡生长、免疫及抗氧化功能的影响,本研究将120羽1日龄肉鸡随机分为3组,每组4个重复,每个重复10羽:A组饲喂基础日粮,B组饲喂日粮中含枯草芽孢杆菌168制剂1.0× 106 cfu/g,C组饲喂日粮中含重组枯草芽孢杆菌SE1制剂1.0×106 cfu/g.于饲喂实验28 d和42 d时分别测定肉鸡生长性能、免疫功能、肝脏和血清抗氧化能力.结果显示,重组芽孢杆菌SE1制剂与枯草芽孢杆菌168制剂对内鸡生长、料重比、免疫器官指数没有影响(p>0.05),但均可显著促进28 d时的外周血T淋巴细胞的增殖(p<0.05),与A组相比,C组SE1制剂能够提高42 d时肉鸡肝脏过氧化氢酶和血清超氧化物歧化酶活力(p<0.05),降低28 d时肉鸡肝脏和血清丙二醛含量(p<0.01或p<0.05);C组血清抗鸡白痢沙门氏菌OmpC IgG水平极显著高于A组和B组(p<0.01),肠黏膜IgA水平也显著高于其它两组(p<0.05).结果表明重组枯草芽孢杆菌SE1制剂可提高肉鸡的免疫功能和抗氧化性能,诱导产生特异性抗鸡白痢沙门氏菌OmpC蛋白的血清IgG抗体和回肠粘膜IgA抗体.
