装甲车辆铅酸蓄电池状态监测系统设计

         

摘要

In order to raise the maintenance efficiency of the armored vehicles Lead-Acid battery,an state monitoring system of Lead-Acid battery was introduced.The ATMEGA8 was used by the system as the control core.The design was through measuring circuit of the terminal voltage,internal resistance and temperature,and the human-computer interaction user interface was built using the C++ builder.Then fast and accurately monitoring the state of battery was achieved.At the same time,the lock-in amplifying technology was used to measure the battery inner resistance.The experiment results show that the system is easy to use and has a high accuracy.%为了提高装甲车辆铅酸蓄电池的维护效率,设计了一套铅酸蓄电池状态监测系统.该系统以单片机ATMEGA8为下位机控制核心,通过对电压、温度和内阻测量电路进行设计,并应用C++builder软件建立系统的人机交互操作界面,从而实现了对蓄电池状态的快速、准确实时监测.同时,尝试使用了锁相放大技术对蓄电池内阻进行测量.实验结果表明,该系统使用方便且准确度较高.
