目的 通过药效学实验对芪菊袋泡茶的抗过敏、祛痰及对免疫功能的作用进行研究.探讨芪菊袋泡茶治疗鼻咽炎的可能机理. 方法 通过观察芪菊袋泡茶对小鼠呼吸道酚红排泌、迟发型变态反应、被动皮肤过敏实验的影响,观察其祛痰、抗过敏作用及对免疫系统的影响. 结果 芪菊袋泡茶增加小鼠呼吸道酚红排泌量,提高环磷酰胺造成的免疫力低下小鼠的特异性免疫力,抑制小鼠被动皮肤过敏. 结论 芪菊袋泡茶具有祛痰、增强特异性免疫功能、抗过敏的作用. 实验结果为芪菊袋泡茶主治气虚热毒蕴结型鼻咽炎提供了药理学依据.%Objective Research the anti allergic, anti-asthmatic effects and immunologic function of the Qiju teabag by phar-macodynamic experiment and explore the mechanism for the treatment of nasopharyngitis. Method Observing the influence of Qiju teabag on phenolsulfonphthalein excretion of respiratory tract, the delayed hypersensitivity and the passive cutaneous anaphylaxis of mice, and to explore the influence on the anti-asthmatic, antiallergic effect and the immunologic function. Results The Qiju teabag can increase the phenolsulfonphthalein excretion of respiratory tract, improve the specificity immunity of the mice with suppressed im-munity caused by cyclophosphamide and inhibit the passive cutaneous anaphylaxis of the mice. Conclusion Qiju teabag performs well in anti allergic, anti-asthmatic effects and immunologic function. The experimental results show that the Qiju teabag refreshes the breath, clears the heats, detoxify and is good for the pharynx. The experiment provides the pharmacodynamic evidence for na-sopharyngitis caused by the knotting of toxic heat in the body.
