单侧长期感音神经性聋患者默认网络的静息态fMRI研究

         

摘要

目的:研究单侧感音神经性聋患者默认网络的活动,观察聋人默认网络与正常人之间的变化。方法选择单侧感音神经性聋患者34例(左、右聋各17)以及17例性别、年龄和教育程度相匹配的正常听力对象作为对照组,进行静息态功能磁共振扫描,所得数据经过处理得到分别以默认网络中各脑区为种子点的功能连接图,并进行组内和组间分析。结果同正常控制组相比,耳聋组的默认网络各脑区均呈现了增强的功能连接,并且左侧耳聋表现了更为显著的变化。结论单侧长期感音神经性聋患者在静息状态下存在脑默认网络的功能连接的异常,表明耳聋患者默认网络发生了功能重组。%Objective To study activity differences of the Default Mode Network between patients with long-term unilateral sensorineural hearing loss and normal individuals. Methods Resting-state fMRI scanning was performed in 34 patients with long-term unilateral sensorineural hearing loss (left side=17 and right side=17) and in 17 normal hearing subjects, with matched age, gender and level of education. The functional connec-tion diagram based on seed points of various brain regions in the Default Mode Network was acquired by pro-cessing obtained fMRI data, and compared within and between the patient and normal control groups. Results Compared with the control subjects, patients with long-term unilateral sensorineural hearing loss (USNHL) pre-sented increased functional connectivity in the default mode network, with more significant changes observed in the left USNHL group. Conclusion The default mode network in the patients with long-term unilateral senso-rineural hearing loss shows enhanced functional connectivity, implying functional reorganization in the cortex in response to hearing loss.
