Objective To investigate the effect of plasma Interleukin-6,Interleukin-8,Interleukin-18 and TGFβ evels in hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy in neonates with naloxone treatment. Methods: the plasma Interleukin-6, Inter-leukin-8,Interleukin-18 and TGFp levels were detected using enzyme-linked immunoasorbent assay(ELISA) in 30 control group and 30 treatment group. Results A significant increase of Interleukin-6, Interleukin-8,Interleukin-18 was observed in control group. Serum levels TGFp in the moderate and severe HIE group increased compared with conventional treatment group. Conclusions Naloxone treatment may affect the levels of Interleukin-6, Interleukin-8, Interleukin-18 and TGFβ in HIE patients.%目的 探讨纳洛酮对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清细胞因子,如白介素6(IL-6)、白介素8(IL-8)、白介素18(IL-18)和转化成长因子(TGFβ)水平的影响.方法 对照组30例患HIE新生儿给予传统治疗,治疗组30例HIE患儿在传统治疗基础上给予纳洛酮治疗,各组分别于生后48小时采用双抗酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测新生儿血清细胞因子IL-6、IL-8、IL-18、TGFβ水平.结果 各组间存在显著差异,治疗组新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿IL-6、IL-8、IL-18低于对照组,TGFβ水平较对照组升高.结论 纳洛酮可以影响新生儿血清IL-6、IL-8、IL-18、TGFβ水平,在HIE早期治疗中有一定治疗效果.
