阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征对肾素和醛固酮的影响

         

摘要

Objective To evaluate changes of serum levels of aldosterone and renin in obstructive sleep hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) patients.Method The patients that enrolled in this study were 38 OSAHS patients who had undergone overnight polysomnography and had an apnea hypopnea index (AHI). They were compared to 30 healthy non-OSAHS closely matched controls. Serum aldosterone and rennin concentration were measured by ELISA kit.Result All blood samples were obtained at the same time (6 AM). There were no significant differences in serum aldosterone levels between the OSAHS group and the healthy controls group [(140.6±25.2)pg/ml vs (133.2±18.5)pg/ml, P=0.223]. Similar were the results for the rennin levels [(25.0±6.9)pg/ml vs (24.9±4.4)pg/ml,P=0.360].Conclusion Compared with healthy control subjects, patients with OSAHS have intermittent hypoxia, but did not result in significant changes in the levels of serum aldosterone and renin. Serum aldosterone and renin levels may not the key factors of OSAHS patients with secondary hypertension, OSAHS induced hypertension should have nothing to do with increasing sympathetic nerve tension.%目的:评估阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome,OSAHS)患者血清醛固酮和肾素水平变化情况。方法比较38例OSAHS患者睡眠呼吸暂停低通气指数和30例非OSAHS受试者血清醛固酮和肾素水平。对照组与OSAHS患者均采用ELISA试剂盒测定研究对象血清醛固酮和肾素水平。结果所有研究对象血液样本均在早上6时获得。OSAHS组和对照组血清醛固酮水平差异无显著性[(140.6±25.2)pg/ml vs(133.2±18.5)pg/ml,P=0.223]。血清肾素水平在OSAHS组和对照组中差异也无显著性[(25.0±6.9)pg/ml vs(24.9±4.4)pg/ml,P=0.360]。结论与健康对照者相比, OSAHS患者存在间歇性缺氧,但并未导致血清醛固酮和肾素水平发生显著改变。血清醛固酮和肾素水平可能并不是OSAHS患者继发高血压的关键因素,OSAHS诱导的高血压可能与交感神经紧张性增加无关。
