新生儿低血糖脑损伤临床特征与脑电图监测探讨

         

摘要

目的:分析新生儿低血糖脑损伤的临床特征与脑电图变化,为临床诊断和治疗提供一定的参考.方法:选择我院收治入院的98例新生儿,统计所有患儿的一般临床特征,并进行血糖监测和脑电图检查.结果:98例新生儿中,47例为血糖正常的新生儿(对照组),51例为低血糖组新生儿,其中23例患儿为症状性低血糖组,28例仅在检测中发现血糖水平较低,为无症状性低血糖组;低血糖组新生儿的脑电图异常率为70.59%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05).新生儿低血糖组中,症状性低血糖新生儿的首次脑电图异常率为95.65%,明显高于无症状性新生儿低血糖组脑电图的异常率(P<0.05).结论:早期监测低血糖患儿的血糖值和脑电图的变化情况对新生儿低血糖脑损伤的早期诊断和治疗有着十分重要的意义,值得临床参考和进一步探索.%Objective:To analyze the clinical features and EEG changes of 98 cases of neonatal with hypoglycemic brain injury. Methods:Statistically analyzed the clinical characteristics, blood glucose monitoring and EEG for 98 cases of neonatal.Results:47 cases were in normal blood sugar neonates (control group), and 51 cases were in neonatal hypoglycemia group. Abnormal EEG incidence was significantly higher in hypoglycemic group (70.59%) than in control group (4.26%); Abnormal EEG incidence was significantly higher in symptomatic hypoglycemic group (95.65%) than in asymptomatic hypoglycemic group (50.00%) (P<0.05). Conclusion:Early monitor neonatal blood glucose levels and EEG changes has a very important significance for neonatal hypoglycemic brain injury, worthy of reference and further exploration.
