PBL放射敏感性检测在预测肿瘤放疗导致正常组织损伤中的应用

         

摘要

[ABSTRACT]Objective: Clinical application value of normal tissue damage prediction using peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) radiation sensitivity detection result for study of tumor radiotherapy.Method:64 cases of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) in accordance with the principle of random double blind patients were divided into two groups, 32 cases, control group using comet assay (comet assay) to predict the detection, experimental group use loose cell element block micronucleus method CBMNA was predicted and compared two kinds of prediction method of sensitivity, accuracy and operating time indicators differences. Results:The detection of two groups of patients with sensitivity and accuracy of the difference is not obvious (P>0.05); cytokinesis block micronucleus method to predict the operating time, the success rate of detection and pollution rate is obviously superior to that of the comet assay (P<0.05).Conclusion:PBL radioactive sensitivity detection method, pine cyclosporine block micronucleus method was used to detect the process of easy operation, high success rate, decrease the incidence of pollution, with good accuracy and sensitivity performance.%目的:探讨肿瘤放疗造成正常组织损伤预测中使用外周血淋巴细胞(PBL)放射敏感性检测的临床应用价值。方法:鼻咽癌(NPC)患者64例按照双盲随机原则将患者分成两组,各32例,对照组采用彗星实验(Comet assay)进行预测性检测,实验组则使用松胞素阻滞微核法(CBMNA)进行预测,对比两种预测方法的敏感性、准确度、操作时间等各项指标差异。结果:两组患者的检测的敏感度和准确度上差异不明显(P>0.05);松胞素阻滞微核法进行预测在操作时间、检测成功率和污染率上明显优于彗星实验法(P<0.05)。结论:PBL放射性敏感性检测方法中,松胞素阻滞微核法检测过程容易操作、成功率较高、显著降低污染发生率,具有优秀的准确度和敏感度表现。
