基于PubMed的医学基础研究与临床研究类论文分类方法构建

摘要

基于Pubmed数据库,依据美国NIH对医学临床研究的定义,应用医学主题词和特征词标引检索规则,从科研论文研究内容角度,探索构建医学基础研究与临床研究类论文分类方法,并通过2006-2015年度新英格兰医学杂志、柳叶刀、美国医学会杂志载文数据验证分类方法的科学性.探索性构建的分类方法对辅助科研管理部门掌握医学基础研究和临床研究的科研现状及水平,辅助科研管理决策具有现实指导意义.%The classification for papers on research of basic and clinical medicine was studied using the MeSH and check tags indexing rules according to the NIH definition of research on clinical medicine based on PubMed, and its scientificalness was verified according to the papers published in New England Journal of Medicine, Lancet, and Journal of American Medical Association from 2006 to 2015. The classification is of realistic significance for the scientific research management departments to keep abreast of the status quo and level of research on basic and clinical medi-cine and to make policy of scientific research management.
