基于扎根理论的员工和谐心智模式构念开发

摘要

选取5家企业进行了6个月现场研究并采集到大量一手资料,按照扎根理论的分析程序进行分析、比较和归纳,基于此开发了中国文化情境中的“和谐心智模式”构念.研究发现,和谐心智模式可以由利他行为倾向、和谐思维方式与和谐信念3个维度构成.%The study try to develop construct of the harmonious mental model in Chinese culture based on grounded theory.It took the author six months to get first data from five companies by field research.The author then analyzes compares and generalizes all of the data using grounded theory.By doing this,the author finds that the harmonious mental model is constituted of three dimensions,which are the altruistic behavior tendency,harmonious thinking manner and harmonious faith.
