Lung cancer is one of the common malignancies with an extremely poor prognosis,because of the current diagnostic techniques are not easy to find micrometastases.Melanoma associated antigens genes (MAGE) are tumor specific antigen genes,closely related to the occurrence,development and prognosis of lung cancer.The research of MAGE genes provide a new direction for the diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.%肺癌是常见的恶性肿瘤之一,因目前诊断易忽略微转移灶,造成肺癌预后极差,黑色素瘤相关抗原(melanoma associated antigens,MAGE)基因作为一种特异性肿瘤抗原基因,在肺癌的发生、发展和治疗中起着重要作用,其研究为肺癌的诊断和治疗提供了新的方向.
