女性绝经后雌激素水平与血脂、血糖和血同型半胱氨酸的关系研究

摘要

目的：了解女性绝经后的雌激素水平变化，探讨女性绝经后雌激素水平与血脂、血糖及血同型半胱氨酸的关系，探讨其临床意义，纠正临床血脂、血糖代谢紊乱，缓解 IR，延缓更年期慢性并发症的发生。方法选择徐汇区中心医院妇科就诊的女性126例作为研究对象，分为绝经前健康女性组（43例），绝经后健康女性组（46例）和绝经后糖尿病组（37例）。测定研究对象的雌二醇（E2）、总胆固醇（TC）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、空腹血糖、血同型半胱氨酸等指标。结果绝经后女性的性激素水平与对照组比较，差别有统计学意义（P＜0．05），卵泡雌激素 FSH 水平升高，雌二醇较对照组水平下降（P ＜0．05），绝经后女性的血脂异常，血清同型半胱氨酸水平明显高于对照组（P ＜0．05）；绝经后女性血清的雌二醇水平与血清同型半胱氨酸、TC、TG、LDL-C、FBG 呈负相关（P ＜0．05）。结论绝经期女性的雌激素水平下降，并影响女性血脂，血糖的正常水平，与更年期慢性并发症的发生有关。%Objective To understand the changes of estrogen level in postmenopausal women,investigate the rela-tionship between estrogen level and blood lipid,blood glucose and blood homocysteine in postmenopausal women,and to explore its clinical significance,To correct the clinical blood lipid,blood glucose metabolism disorder,alleviate IR and delay the occurrence of chronic complications.Methods 126 women who chose the Department of Endocrinology and the physical examination center of the hospital as the research object,The healthy women (43 cases),healthy women (46 cases)and the post menopause diabetes group (37 cases).The target of the study was to determine the levels of es-tradiol (E2),total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C),fasting blood glucose,and blood homocysteine.Results The sex hormone levels in postmenopausal women were significantly different from that of the control group,FSH level increased,Estradiol was decreased(P <0.05)than the control group,the serum lipid level in postmenopausal women was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05).The serum levels of estradiol in postmenopausal women with diabetes were negatively correlated with ser-um homocysteine,TG,LDL-C,TC and FBG(P <0.05).Conclusion Estrogen levels in postmenopausal women,which affect the normal levels of blood lipids and blood lipids,related to the occurrence of chronic complications of meno-pause.
