乌灵胶囊治疗卒中后焦虑及改善神经功能疗效的系统评价

摘要

Objective To systematical y review the effectiveness of Wuling capsule for patients with anxiety and improvement of nerve function and daily life activities after stroke.Methods Such databases as Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI),China Biomedical Database (CBM)and WanFang Data were electronical y researched to col ect the randomized control ed trials(RCTs)about Wuling capsule treating patients with post stroke anxiety from the datesof their establishment to December 2014.Meta analysis was performed using RevMan 5.2 softword.Results Twelves RCTs involving 1020 cases were included.The results of meta analysis showed that compared to the control group,Wuling capsule group was more effective in decreasing anxiety scores(MD= -2.86,95%CI 4.88 to -0.84,P= 0.006),NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)scores(MD= -2.57,95% CI-3.74 to -1.40,P<0.0001).The BI scores in Wuling capsule group were higher than that in control group(MD= 7.19,95%CI 4.37 to 10.00,P<0.000 01).Conclusion Current evidences suggest that Wuling capsule can improves the symptoms of post stroke anxiety and nerve function and daily life activities.%目的：系统评价乌灵胶囊对卒中后焦虑的疗效及改善神经功能和日常生活活动能力的疗效。方法计算机检索 CNKI、CBM、WanFangData,检索时限为建库至2014年12月。采用 RevMan5.2软件进行 Meta分析。结果最终纳入12个随机对照试验,共计1020例患者。Meta分析结果显示：与对照组相比,治疗组的焦虑评分改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义[MD=-2.86,95%CI (-4.88,-0.84),P=0.006]。治疗组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分下降值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[MD=-2.57,95%CI (-3.74,-1.40),P<0.0001]。与对照组相比,治疗组随访期末的 BI指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义[MD=7.19,95%CI (4.37,10.00),P<0.00001]。结论乌灵胶囊可改善卒中后焦虑、神经功能和日常生活活动能力。
