营养对衰老及年龄相关疾病的影响

         

摘要

衰老是人体组织器官功能随年龄增长而减退的不可逆现象.营养对衰老和年龄相关疾病有显著的影响.宏量营养素比例的改变和一些微量元素与营养补充剂可延缓衰老和年龄相关疾病的发生.对营养因素影响衰老主要集中在IIS、TOR、Sirtuin和AMPK信号通路.本文就关于营养素摄入与人体衰老和年龄相关疾病的研究做一总结和综述,探讨通过营养干预措施延缓衰老和年龄相关疾病发生的可能性.%Aging is an irreversible phenomenon of the degeneration of human somatic tissue and organs with age.Nutrition has a significant impact on aging and age-related diseases.Changes of the proportion of macronutrients,and some trace elements and nutritional supplements can delay the occurrence of aging and age related diseases.The mechanism of nutrition and aging was addressed on signaling pathway of IIS,TOR,Sirtuin and AMPK.This study presents a summary and review on nutrient intake and human aging and age-related disease research,and discusses the possibility of delaying aging and age-related diseases through nutrition intervention.
