6月龄赤点石斑鱼主要形态性状与体质量的相关分析

摘要

The path coefficientand determ ination coefficientw ere calculated via path analysis correlation ofm orphologicalcharacter-istics w ith body w eightin 6-m onth-old redspotted grouperEpinephelus akaara.The m orphologicaltraits including body w eight,total length,body length,body heightand head length w ere show n to have jointly significance level (P<0.01).Itw as found thatthere w as differenteffectofthe m orphologicaltraits on body w eight,totallength having the greatestdirecteffecton body w eight,w ith the path coefficientof0.611,the totallength and head length (0.4137)having a decisive influence on body w eight.The totaldecision coeffi-cientofvarious characters to body w eightw as found to be 0.9241,indicating thatthe m orphologicalcharacters selected here are the m ain body w eight properties.In selection breeding of redspotted grouper at this phase,total length,body height, and body length should be considered forthe indirectselective breeding ofbody w eight.%采用通径分析方法，以体质量为依变量，其他主要形态性状为自变量计算了6月龄赤点石斑鱼Epinephelus akaara 形态特征的通径系数和决定系数。结果表明：体质量、全长、体长、体高和头长间两两呈现极显著差异水平（P<0.01）；各性状对体质量的直接影响不同，全长对体质量的直接作用最大，通径系数为0.611，全长与头长（0.4137）共同对体质量起主要决定作用。所测各性状对体质量的总决定系数为0.9241，表明所选性状是影响体质量的主要性状；对该阶段赤点石斑鱼进行以体质量为主的选择育种，可以体质量为主，结合全长、体长和体高进行选择育种。
