本文梳理了中国农村卫生服务体系在不同发展时期的情况和形成过程,分析了在计划经济体制下和经济体制转型时期中国农村初级卫生保健体系的特点、成效和存在的问题,总结了中国初级卫生保健体系的宝贵经验.%This article reviews the development of rural primary health care (PHC) system in different periods, analyzes therngeneral features and achievements of the system in the planned economy and during the economic transition, and summarizesrnthe best practice and valuable experience of the PHC in rural China.
