以2,4-二硝基氯苯为原料,在碱性条件下与乙二醇缩合,合成了2-(2,4-二硝基苯氧基)乙醇(DNE)和双(2,4-二硝基苯氧基)乙烷(BDNE)的混合物.最佳缩合条件为:Na2CO3作催化剂,反应温度85℃,n(DNCB)∶n(OH-)=1∶1.17.根据相似相溶原理和混合物中各化合物的极性不同,用乙醇对DNE和BDNE混合物进行了分离,并表征了DNE和BDNE的结构.%A mixture of 2-(2,4-dinitrophenoxy) ethanol (DNE) and bis(2,4-dinitrophenoxy) ethane (BDNE) was synthesized via condensation with ethandiol under basic condition using 2,4-dinitrochlorobenzene as starting material.The results show that the optimum conditions of condensation are determined as0 Na2CO3 as catalyst,reaction temperature 85℃ and n(DNCB) ∶ n(OH-)=1 ∶ 1.17.Based on the similarity and compatibility principle and different polarity of each compound in a mixture,the better solvent is decided as ethanol to separate the DNE/ BDNE mixture.The structure of DNE and BDNE obtained by purification was characterized.
