Objective: By analyzing the cases of potential adverse drug interactions found in drug consultation, to improve the level of counselling, guide rational use of drugs and provide references for clinical screening of potential adverse drug interactions. Methods: The age, sex, treatment department, drug interaction classification, drug variety, and disease diagnosis were analyzed in the cases of potential adverse drug interactions recorded between 2014 and 2016 in our hospital. Results: Through the case analysis, 206 cases of the potential adverse drug interactions were summarized, under the age of 40 accounted for 24.27%, over 40 years old accounted for 75.73%. A total of 12 clinical departments were included. About 126 cases were pharmacokinetic interactions, accounting for 61.17%, 80 cases were pharmacodynamic interaction, accounting for 38.83%. Conclusion: Through an effective platform of drug counselling, it is possible to avoid and correct some potential adverse drug interactions timely. The medication counselling center can effectively ensure the safe of drug use for patients.%目的:通过分析药物咨询中发现的潜在不良药物相互作用案例,来提升咨询水平,为更好地指导患者合理用药、警示临床甄别潜在不良药物相互作用提供参考.方法:收集我院用药咨询中心2014–2016年间记录的潜在不良药物相互作用案例,对咨询者年龄、性别、就诊科室、药物相互作用分类、药物品种、疾病诊断等进行分析.结果:通过案例分析,总结潜在不良药物相互作用206例,40岁以下(含40岁)占24.27%,40岁以上占75.73%.涉及临床科室12个.药物代谢动力学相互作用126例(61.17%),药效学相互作用80例(38.83%).结论:通过药物咨询这一有效平台,可以及时避免与纠正一些潜在不良药物相互作用,用药咨询中心是保证患者用药安全的有效屏障.
