基质金属蛋白酶9与2型糖尿病并发冠状动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展

摘要

The incidence of diabetes mellitus is increasing in recent years.Coronary atherosclerosis is the main complication of type 2 diabetes mellitus,severe cases may cause myocardial infarction,which may lead to cardiac remodeling and functional changes.Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs),a group of zinc dependent proteolytic enzymes,are the most important enzymes for regulation of extracellular matrix homeostasis.MMPs and its tissue inhibitor metalloproteinases (TIMPs),play an important role in maintenance of cardiac normal structure,function and normal morphology of vascular wall.Matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) may be closely related to the occurrence and development of coronary atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus.The advances of research of MMP-9 and coronary atherosclerosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus are reviewed in this paper.%糖尿病的发病率日益升高,冠状动脉粥样硬化是2型糖尿病最主要的心血管并发症,严重者可引起心肌梗死,进而导致心室重构和功能改变.基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是一组锌离子依赖性蛋白水解酶,是调节细胞外基质动态平衡的最重要酶系,与它的组织抑制剂形成MMPs/TIMPs平衡系统,在维持心脏的正常形状、功能及血管壁的正常形态方面起着重要作用.MMPO可能与2型糖尿病并发冠状动脉粥样硬化的发生、发展密切相关.本文就目前MMPO与2型糖尿病并发冠状动脉粥样硬化关系的研究进展进行综述.
