内窥镜辅助鼻泪管支架治疗鼻泪管术后再阻塞

摘要

Objective To observe the effects of endoscope-guided combined with nasolacrimal duct stent implantation for the treatment of nasolacrimal duct. re-obstruction.Methods After the mixture of lidocaine and ropivacaine nerve block anesthesia, iffty-two patients (54 eyes)of nasolacrimal duct re-obstruction teceived endoscope-guided combined with nasolacrimal duct stent implantation. All were followed up for 6-12 months and observe the clinical effect.Results The tubes were intubated successfully once in all cases. No complication was found.The lacrimal passage or overflow effective rate of symptom improvement is 88.89%.Conclusion Endoscope-guided combined with nasolacrimal duct stent implantation is an effective method for nasolacrimal duct re-obstruction.%目的：观察内窥镜辅助鼻泪管支架植入治疗鼻泪管术后再阻塞的效果。方法：鼻泪管术后再阻塞52例（54眼）。采用罗哌卡因及利多卡因等量混合液神经阻滞麻醉后内窥镜辅助引导下行鼻泪管灼烧术，联合鼻泪管支架植入手术治疗，随访6～12个月。观察手术效果。结果：54眼均一次置管成功，均顺利完成手术，无并发症发生。泪道通畅或泪溢症状改善的总有效率为88.89%。结论：内窥镜辅助鼻泪管支架植入术治疗鼻泪管术后再阻塞，获得了良好的效果，可重复治疗。
