Objective: To survey inpatients of "High quality nursing service" satisfaction for nursing services, summary the "Model project" activity experience, find the shortage of nursing services, propose targeted strategy and improve quality of nursing service. Methods: cluster sampling methods and SPSS software was used for analysis. Results: Awareness rate of "Model project" for inpatients is 58.3%. General satisfaction score in ward is 3.76 ± 0.607. Satisfaction of inpatients in different ward and residence was statistically significant (P<0.05) . Satisfaction of inpatients in different gender、 health status、 occupation、 family income、 hospitalization cost payment was not statistically significant (P>0.05) . Conclusion: Satisfaction of inpatients plays important role in improving quality of nursing service.%目的:调查住院患者对"优质护理服务"满意度,总结前期"示范工程"活动经验,发现护理工作中的不足,提出针对性策略,提高护理服务质量.方法:采取整群抽样方法,并运用SPPS软件进行分析.结果:住院患者对"示范工程"活动知晓率为58.3%;对病区护理服务总体满意度评分为3.76±0.607;不同病区、居住地的患者满意度的差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);不同性别、健康状况、职业、家庭人均月收入、住院费用支付方式的患者满意度的差异无统计学意义(P >0.05).结论:患者满意度对于提高护理服务质量具有非常重要的意义.
