传染病医院的发展现状与对策

摘要

The problems on infection hospital development can be described as inadequate government subsidy and incomplete financial mechanism, high cost and struggling operation, loose convergence case management and patient decreasing, the weakness discipline and general treatment technology, and the difficult of introducing talent and high turnover. Strategies on promoting infection hospital development such as trying to get government subsidy, enhancing propaganda, scientific planning hospital development and improving treatment technology are mentioned.%　　从政府投入不足，财政补偿机制不健全；医院运营艰难，成本居高不下；归口管理不严，病源来源减少；支撑学科薄弱，综合诊疗技能有待提高；人才引进困难，流动性大等方面分析了目前传染病医院存在的困境。据此，提出传染病医院应争取政府支持，加大宣传力度，规划医院发展，提高诊疗技术等发展对策。
