目的:探索新形势下加强医院志愿者队伍建设的有效方法和途径,为建立和完善医院志愿者管理体系提出一些对策。方法:采用随机抽样方法,对5所三级甲等综合或专科医院的志愿者、管理者、患者等相关人员进行问卷调查。结果:志愿者队伍建设还存在一些不足,管理机制还不够完善,使志愿者的积极性未能得到有效地调动,在某种程度上阻碍医院志愿者队伍的可持续发展。结论:建立系统仿真模型,构建良好心理契约,运用PDCA循环理论,进一步完善医院志愿者队伍建设体系。%Objectives:Ways and means to effectively strengthen the building of hospital volunteers under new situation are explored. The measures to establish and improve management system of hospital volunteers are proposed. Methods:Random sampling method was adopted with questionnaire survey conducted to volunteers, managerial personnel and patients from five comprehensive or specialized hospitals at tertiary A level. Results:There exist some deficiencies in terms of volunteer management and imperfection in terms of management mechanism, which fails to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of the volunteers and hinders the sustainable development of hospital volunteer team to some extent. Conclusions:To further improve the management system of hospital volunteers,we should build system simulation model, build good psychological contracts and apply PDCA cycle theory.
