There is a cross-section survey on human resource of logistic departments in hospitals in A city in 2012. Findings: the number of employee working in logistic department is 5.56% of hospital staff, 63% establishment and 11.5% contract workers. The mean of age is 48 years old. There are more than 50 kinds of subjects and 60% logistic staff’s education background is high school. The management team of logistic departments is combined by multi-disciplines. It shows that scare, lower quality and older are three keys potential threaten for quality of logistic working in hospitals.%某市为了解医院后勤人员状况,于2012年对该市21家市属医院的后勤队伍进行横断面调查。调查显示,后勤人员占医院职工数的5.56%,其中63%是编制内员工,11.5%是合同制人员;后勤人员老化现象严重,年龄中位数48岁;后勤人员有近60%只有初高中学历,专业结构复杂,有超过50个工种或专业类型;后勤部门的行政管理队伍表现出多专业融合的特点。调查认为,后勤人员的人力不足、技术水平低、人员严重老化的现状对医院后勤工作质量造成严重的潜在威胁。
