通过分析医院管理者职业化培训的必要性和重要性,回顾了上海申康医院发展中心开展医院管理者职业化培训和管理干部的岗位锻炼等方面的探索与实践,以提升专业化水平为重点,以层次性、相容性和成果转化等为特点,推动了市级医院的专业化、精细化管理。提出下一步应从加强医院管理者职业化建设出发,将职业化培训与医院管理者的培养目标和院领导绩效以及选任机制相衔接,更加注重深化管理实践锻炼。%The paper analyzed the necessity and importance of Hospital managers professional training, reviewed Shanghai hospital Development Center(“SHDC”) preceding and first-try, and the exploration and practice of carrying out the professional training and post exercise. As the key point to enhance the level of specialization, and with characteristics of hierarchical, compatible and achievements-transformable, had promoted the specialization and refinement of the municipal hospital. From the viewpoint of strengthening the professional construction of hospital managers, the next step will be correspond the professional training to objectives, hospital managers’ performance improvement and the cadre selection mechanism, and also pay more attention to deepen the management practice.
