利用三维网格信息进行冲压方向优化的算法

         

摘要

An automatic stamping direction optimization algorithm based on panel' s 3D mesh model was realized through a selfdeveloped software based on the finite element method (FEM) for sheet metal stamping. This algorithm is derived from the multi-objective progranning theory. By extracting the mesh model's shape and position information, the calculation of objective functions and the search of feasible domain are realized in 3D geometry space, which simplifies the program implementation of the optimization scheme. The optimization result can not only be used for FEM modeling and simulation, but also be referenced in practical process design. The feasibility of the algorithm presented in this paper was proved via comparison with that of the commercial software Dynaforn on a same part.%通过自主开发的金属板料冲压成形有限元仿真软件实现了利用覆盖件模型的三维网格信息进行冲压方向自动优化的算法.该算法采用多目标规划的原理,通过提取零件网格模型的形位信息,各目标函数的求解和可行域搜索均可在三维几何空间内完成,使优化方案的程序实现得以简化.优化的冲压方向设计结果既可以用于进一步建模以满足有限元计算模拟的需要,也可以直接用作实际冲压过程中制定工艺方案的参考.通过在同一零件上进行的与商用软件Dynaform的相应功能的对比分析,验证了此算法的有效性.
