目的 评价在社区实施全人口孕产妇全程陪护健康管理的效果,探索在社区对全人口孕产妇进行健康管理的适宜模式.方法 对实施全程陪护健康管理前后孕产妇的母婴结局进行对比分析.结果 通过实施全人口孕产妇全程陪护健康管理后孕产妇死亡率、新生儿破伤风发生率、围生儿死亡率明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.01);管理前后孕产妇及其家属对孕产期保健知识的知晓率比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 充分发挥社区卫生服务中心的妇幼保健功能,对社区全人口孕产妇进行全程陪护管理是一种比较好的孕产妇管理模式,但社区卫生服务中心要增加人力资源配备、完善设备和大力开展适宜技术才能确保社区全人口孕产妇全程陪护管理工作的落实.%Objective To evaluate the evaluation of community - wide escort - based health management mode for pregnant women. Methods The outcomes of mothers and infants before and after the implementation of the community - wide escort - hased health management mode were compared. Results After the implementation of community - wide escort - based health management mode , the maternal mortality, incidence of neonatal tetanus, and mortality of perineonate death significantly decreased ( P ＜0. 01 ). In addition, the awareness of perinatal health care among mothers and their families also significantly increased ( P ＜0. 01 ) . Conclusion Community - wide escort - based health management mode provides a good option for perinatal health care. However, more human resource, equipment, and appropriate technology are required to ensure the successful implementation of this mode.
