癫痫与认知功能障碍研究进展

摘要

Epilepsy is a common chronic neurological disease with high incidence and mortality.With the development of social medicine,more and more attention has been paid to epilepsy population.It has been found that many factors can cause cognitive disorders in epilepsy patients,but the correlation between cognitive disorders and epilepsy is still unknown.In this paper,the mechanism of cognitive disorders caused by epilepsy,the factors affecting the cognitive function of epileptic patients,and the effects of different treatment regimens for epilepsy on cognitive function were analyzed,in order to raise the concern with cognitive disorders in epilepsy,improve the quality of life of patients with epilepsy,and provide research direction for clinical workers.%癫痫是一种慢性疾病,是神经系统较常见的疾病,其发病率与病死率均较高.随着社会医学的不断发展,癫痫引起了越来越多的关注,因影响因素较多,癫痫与认知功能障碍之间的相互关系尚未明确.本文主要从癫痫引起认知功能损害的机制、癫痫患者认知功能的影响因素以及不同癫痫治疗方式对认知功能的影响多角度分析癫痫对认知功能的影响,以期提高人们对癫痫患者认知功能障碍的关注,提高癫痫患者的生活质量,并为临床工作者提供研究方向.
