高频超声在外周神经损伤诊断中的应用

摘要

目的：分析研究在外周神经损伤的诊断中，高频超声诊断所能发挥的作用。方法：以笔者所在医院收治的肢体外周神经病变或损伤患者33例为资料进行研究，设为观察组；并随机抽选30例于笔者所在医院进行体检的外周神经正常者，设为对照组，对两组外周神经进行高频超声检查。结果：观察组33例患者中有30例诊断正确，正确率91%；对照组诊断正确率为100%，两组诊断正确率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：在对外周神经损伤的诊断和治疗中，高频超声检测有重要价值，可作为治疗参考和诊断标准参与临床，有利于对手术方案和临床治疗类型的选择。%Objective:To analyze the role of diagnostic studies of the outer peripheral nerve injury,the high-frequency ultrasound diagnosis can play. Method:Limb peripheral neuropathy or injured patients of 33 cases in the hospital as observation group,and randomly selected 30 cases of normal outer peripheral nerve in the hospital for examination as the control group. 63 cases in the two groups were given high-frequency peripheral nerve ultrasound.Result:33 patients in the observation group,30 patients were diagnosed correctly,the correct rates of 91 percent,the correct rates of control group was 100%,the statistics show that the differences with the control groups was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The high-frequency ultrasound has significant value in the diagnosis and treatment of peripheral nerve injury,which can be used as therapeutic and diagnostic criteria reference,and it is beneficial for the type of surgery and clinical treatment plan selection.
