腹腔镜胃间质瘤切除术

摘要

Objective:To summarize and analyze the clinical experience of laparoscopy in the resection of gastric stromal tumors.Method:The clinical data of 26 cases who had received the laparoscopic resection of gastric stromal tumor from January 2011 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. Result:26 patients were successfully complete resection of the tumor,14 cases received total laparoscopic resection,10 cases received laparoscopic partial gastrectomy,1 case received laparoscopic proximal gastrectomy,1 case received laparoscopic distal gastrectomy,the operation time was from 40 to 190 minutes. Surgical margin were negative,and there were no anastomotic bleeding and fistula after the operation.The post operation hospitalization duration were from 6 to 12 days.Conclusion:The laparoscopic technique is an effective method of the resection for gastric stromal tumors,according to tumor size and location to select the appropriate surgical procedure.%目的：分析总结腹腔镜技术在胃间质瘤切除术中的临床经验。方法：回顾性分析2011年1月-2013年12月期间26例腹腔镜胃间质瘤患者的临床资料。结果：26例患者均顺利完整切除肿瘤，其中14例行全腔镜下切除术，10例行腹腔镜辅助性胃部分切除术，1例行腹腔镜辅助下远端胃大部切除术，1例行腹腔镜辅助近端胃部分切除术。手术时间40~190 min。切缘均阴性，术后未发生缝合口大出血及瘘。术后住院时间6~12 d。结论：腹腔镜技术可很好地完成胃间质瘤切除术，根据肿瘤大小及部位选择合适手术方式。
