浅谈C臂类CT成像在介入放射学中的临床应用

摘要

To investigate the application value of C-arm CT imaging in interventional radiology.31 patients with C-arm CT technology guided interventional therapy of operation,using the workstation multi angle reconstruction,guided biopsy,ablation puncture operation and embolization positioning range assessment of treatment effect.The application of the C-arm of CT imaging,interventional physicians need interventional operation part of the region of interest for CT examination,careful understanding changes before and after the space structure,a substantial relationship between vascular lesions and surrounding soft tissues and treatment,so as to simplify the treatment process,it is helpful to get good treatment effect.%探讨C臂类CT成像在介入放射学中的应用价值，31例患者利用C臂类CT技术引导介入治疗手术，利用工作站多角度重建，引导活检、消融穿刺手术及栓塞定位范围评估治疗效果。C臂类CT成像的应用，介入医生需要对感兴趣区的介入手术部位进行CT检查，仔细了解血管、实质性病变及周围软组织的空间结构关系及治疗前后的变化，从而简化了治疗过程，有利于取得良好的治疗效果。
