The invention relates to pharmaceutical agents containing perfluoroalkylated metal complexes of the general formula (I) RF-L-A and the use thereof in tumour therapy and interventional radiology, in which formula RF is a perfluorinated, straight-chain or branched carbon chain with the formula -CnF2nX, in which X is a terminal fluorine, chlorine, bromine, iodine or hydrogen atom and n represents the numbers 4-30, L is a binding group, and A is a metal complex or the salts thereof of organic and/or inorganic bases or amino acids or amino acid amides. L and A are defined in detail in the description.
