化纤生产中制冷机系统配置及节能方案探讨

         

摘要

介绍了制冷机的种类、特点及优化选型配置原则,并以新建化纤生产厂为例,分析了制冷机系统配置及节能方案.常用制冷机分为压缩式和吸收式两大类,压缩式制冷机的能耗较大,有余热或废热利用的化纤生产厂宜采用吸收式制冷机组.在化纤生产中,制冷机系统配置应同时考虑其经济性和节能减排,合理有效地利用余热;在必须使用压缩式制冷机时,需根据制冷量的大小选择制冷机的型号,并考虑负荷的可调节性,优化机组配置,最大限度提高制冷机组的性能系数.%The type and characteristics of refrigerators were introduced , as was the principle of type optimization and configura-tion.The refrigerator system configuration and energy saving and consumption reduction plan were analyzed for a newly -built chemical fiber plant .The traditional refrigerators are divided into two types , compression type and adsorption type .The adsorp-tion type refrigerator is a better choice for the chemical fiber plants having waste heat utilized when the compression type refrigera -tor consumes a large amount of energy .The refrigerator system configuration should take a comprehensive economic and conserva -tion consideration based on the waste heat utilization for chemical fiber production .The refrigerator model should be rationally de-cided according to the cooling capacity and load and the refrigerator configuration should be optimized to maximize the coefficient of performance when the compression type refrigerator must be applied .
