PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building energy saving planning method capable of synthetically and accurately deciding energy saving about a building and facilities even at the initial stage of design and further obtaining combined effects of a plurality of relevant energy saving items by setting one design factor, and a computer readable storage medium where a program for performing this energy saving plan is recorded.;SOLUTION: This energy saving planning method is to quantify energy saving effects in energy saving items about the building having correlation to the respective design factors and in energy saving items about the facilities according to the design conditions of the building and the facilities and set values of individual design factors and also to calculate at least the annual heating and cooling load and the annual primary energy consumption of the building.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2002,JPO
