基于描述逻辑的公差规范的自动生成

         

摘要

为了使公差信息能够更好地被计算机理解,减少公差规范设计的不确定性,将描述逻辑引入到公差规范设计的研究中。在几何公差描述逻辑的基础上进行扩展,构建了公差规范描述逻辑(tolerance specification description logic,TSDL(Dts )),并给出了该逻辑的Tableau算法。应用TSDL(Dts )的描述能力,构建出公差规范信息表示模型,在该基础上借助TSDL(Dts )的判定算法,设计公差规范自动生成算法。最后应用所设计算法,说明减速器中间传动轴的公差规范自动生成过程。该研究可为CAD系统中公差规范自动生成提供有效的思路和方法。%The description logic was introduced into tolerance specification design to improve the ability of computer to understand tolerance information and reduce the uncertainty of tolerance specifications.Through extending the geometric tolerance descrip-tion logic,the tolerance specification description logic (tolerance specification description logic)(TSDL)(Dts )was constructed and the Tableau decision algorithm for TSDL(Dts )was given.A representation model of the information of tolerance specifica-tions was established based on TSDL(Dts ).Then,an automatic generation algorithm of tolerance specifications was designed. The designed algorithm is applied to illustrate the generation process of the tolerance specifications for an intermediate propeller shaft of a gear reducer.It provides an effective method for the automatic generation of tolerance specifications in CAD systems.
