牛骨成分的综合表征分析

         

摘要

对牛骨骨粉内部构造进行傅里叶变换红外光谱(Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,FTIR)、X射线衍射(X-ray diffraction,XRD)、能谱仪(energy disperse spectroscopy,EDS)、差示扫描量热法(differential scanning calorimetry,DSC)、热重分析(thermal gravity analysis,TGA)检测分析牛骨成分、晶型、所含元素等性质.结果显示,牛骨骨粉中羟基磷灰石的钙、磷原子分数比值为1.53,其晶型与标准卡片(JCPDS 09-0432)符合较好,牛骨胶原为I型胶原,热收缩温度在90 ℃左右,牛骨骨粉所含易挥发物质及有机物质总量约为50.39%,牛骨骨粉中胶原蛋白与羟基磷灰石之间存在较强的氢键作用.通过对牛骨骨粉成分进行仪器分析,不仅可以为畜骨提供基础实验数据,还可以为从牛骨骨粉中提取天然羟基磷灰石实验奠定基础.%The methods of Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) and thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA) have been used to analyze the chemical component, crystalline and chemical elements of the bovine bone.The Ca/P of hydroxyapatite in bovine bone is 1.53 and the crystalline is compliant with the standard (JCPDS 09-0432).The shrinkage temperature of collagen type I in bovine bone is 90 ℃, which is higher than standard collagen type I.The total percentage composition of volatiles and organic matter is 50.39%.The analysis of bovine bone not only can supplement the laboratory data but also provides the foundation for the abstraction of hydroxyapatite from bovine bone.
