基于微观表征方法的氯丁橡胶胶料热氧老化机理的研究

         

摘要

采用平衡溶胀法、核磁共振法、扫描电子显微镜和红外光谱表征氯丁橡胶(CR)胶料热氧老化过程中的微观结构.结果表明:随着热氧老化时间延长,胶料交联密度增大,微观形貌从颗粒状转变为连续胶着状;当热氧老化时间较长时,胶料的交联反应和断键反应程度相当,交联密度减小;随着热氧老化温度升高,C-Cl键微小变化,C=C键短时断裂;CR胶料的热氧老化过程是以交联反应为主的氧化过程.%In this study,equilibrium swelling method,nuclear magnetic resonance,scanning electron microscope and infrared spectroscopy were used to characterize the microstructure of neoprene compound during thermal-oxidative aging process.The results showed that,as the aging time prolonged,the crosslink density of neoprene compound increased and micro morphology changed from granular structure into the continuous coalesced structure.With longer aging time,the degree of crosslink reaction and bond break reaction were similar and the crosslink density decreased.As the aging temperature increased,C—Cl bonds changed slightly and C=C bonds were broken within a shorter time.In the process of thermal-oxidative aging of neoprene compound,crosslinking was the dominant reaction.
