封闭木片料仓“防架桥”和“破桥”技术的研究和应用

         

摘要

Wood chip stored in a closed bin, due to its rough surface, irregular shape, water swelling, bad liquidity, is very easy to bridge, and very difficult to break bridge. Based on the chip bridging principle, the designing experience in many years for enclosed chip silo was summed up, the application of the key technologies for anti-bridging and bridge breakage in the design and production of enclosed silos were expounded comprehensively, feasible solutions to the present deifciency of enclosed chip solos were provided combined with actual cases.%木片作为表面粗糙、形状不规则、吸水膨胀、流动性非常差的物料,在封闭料仓内储存时极易“架桥”,且“架桥”后“破桥”非常困难。本文以木片“架桥”原理为基础,总结多年封闭木片料仓设计经验,对“防架桥”和“破桥”关键技术在封闭木片料仓设计和生产中的应用进行了较全面地阐述,并结合实际案例为在设计和生产存在缺陷的封闭木片料仓提供解决问题的可行方案。
