中医辨证分型治疗40例便秘型肠易激综合征的临床观察

Objective To investigate clinical effect by syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome. Methods A total of 80 patients with constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The treatment group received syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for treatment, and the control group received mosapride capsules for treatment. Clinical effects were observed in both groups. Results The treatment group had obviously higher total effective rate as 95.0% than 70.00% of the control group, and their difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine shows precisely curative effect in treating constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome, and this method is worth referring.%目的：探讨中医辨证分型治疗便秘型肠易激综合征临床疗效。方法80例便秘型肠易激综合征患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组，各40例。治疗组给予中医辨证分型治疗，对照组给予莫沙必利胶囊治疗，观察两组临床治疗效果。结果治疗组的临床治疗总有效率为95.0%明显高于对照组的70.00%，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证分型治疗便秘型肠易激综合征疗效显著，值得临床借鉴。
