浅析表征横拉工况的几种现象

摘要

Biaxial oriented polypropylene film ( BOPP) was usually ruptured on transverse direction oriented ( TDO). TDO, with many setting parameters, was a process easily influenced by lots of equipment factors. The temperature and lubrication of TOD were hard to manipulate. The judgment of the operating mode of TDO had a guiding significance for parameter's control and regulation during normal production. By introducing the parameters of the entry wheel, the amount of heating, the state of chain clip, the condition of the export driving motor, the status of the film at the outlet and the metrical width, the paper concluded several methods to judge the condition of TDO of BOPP production line of SINOPEC Luoyang Branch.%双向拉伸聚丙烯(BOPP)薄膜在横拉(TDO)范围内破膜多,同时横拉工段范围内设置参数多而复杂,温度润滑等不宜控制,设备方面影响因素多.横拉工段的工况的判断对于正常生产过程中参数的控制和调节有着指导性的意义.从横拉入口链轮参数、横拉加热量、链夹、出口驱动电机、出口处膜状态和牵引测厚所得膜宽度等几种现象入手,介绍了洛阳石化聚丙烯公司BOPP薄膜生产线的横拉工段工况进行评价判断的表征方法.
