高效液相色谱法测定黄连上清片中连翘苷含量

摘要

目的 建立测定黄连上清片中连翘苷含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 色谱柱为Agela Promosil C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸(25:75:0.1),检测渡长为277 nm,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0mL/min.结果 连翘苷的进样量线性范围为0.501 0～5.010 0μg,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为97.57%,RSD为0.72%(n=6).结论 该方法简便、快速、重现性好,可作为黄连上清片质量控制的定量方法.%Objective To establish a method for the determination of phillyrin in Huanglianshangqing Tablets.
