高效液相色谱法测定保胎灵片中芍药苷含量

摘要

目的 建立测定保胎灵片中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱法.方法 采用Hypersil C18色谱柱(250mm ×4.6mm,5μm,大连依利特公司),以乙腈-水(12:88)为流动相,柱温35℃,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长230nm.结果 芍药苷进样量在0.049～0.392μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,r=0.9991(n=5);平均加样回收率为98.36%,RSD=1.48% (n = 6).结论 高效液相色谱法灵敏、简便、准确、重复性好,可用于保胎灵片的质量控制.%Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Baotailing Tablets. Methods The condition for HPLC was Zorbax Hypersil C18(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) with acetonitrile and water (12:88) as the mobile phase. The column temperature was set at 35 ℃. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The standard cure was linear in the range of 0. 049 - 0. 392 μg and the correlation coefficient was 0. 999 1 ( n = 5). The coverage recovery rate was 98.36％, RSD was 1.48( n = 6). Conclusion The method shows sensitive, simple, good accuracy and reproducibility. It can be used for the quality control of Baotailing Tablets.
