Objective To investigate the quality of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital for improving the level of rational drug use. Methods 2 100 outpatient prescriptions in our hospital from July to December 2011 were sampled for conducting the statistical analysis and comments. Results 305 prescriptions were unqualified, accounting for 14.52% of the sampled prescriptions. Among them, 215 prescriptions (70. 49% ) were unstandardized,86 prescriptions ( 28. 19% ) were unsuitable medication and 8 prescriptions ( 2. 62% ) were supernormal. The average number of drug varieties was 2.96 and the average amount of money per prescription was 158.42 Yuan. The use proportions of essential drugs, common names, antibacterials and injections were 57.47% ,100% ,37.86% and 20.62% respectively. Conclusion The outpatient prescriptions in our hospital has a poor quality and need to improve further. Both physicians and pharmacists should learn together to improve their professional knowledge and cooperate well with each other; meanwhile, management on the quality of prescriptions should be intensified in hospital to promote rational drug use.%目的 提高门诊合理用药水平.方法 抽查医院2011年7月至12月门诊处方2 100张,进行统计分析并点评.结果 不合格处方305张,占抽查处方的14.52%.其中不规范处方215张,占不合格处方的70.49%;用药不适宜处方86张,占不合格处方的28.19%;超常处方8张,占不合格处方的2.62%.平均用药品种2.96个,平均处方金额158.42元,基本药物使用比例57.47%,药品通用名使用率100%,抗菌药物使用比例37.86%,注射剂使用比例20.62%.结论 门诊处方质量有待进一步提高.医师和药师应共同学习,提高专业水平,加强协作.医院必须加强处方质量管理,促进合理用药.
