Objective To optimize the extraction process of ferulic acid in Danbei Xiaoban Ointment. Methods The L9(34) orthogonal test was adopted for optimizing the extraction technology of ferulic acid from Danbei Xiaoban Ointment with the ethanol concentration, ethanol amount,extraction times and extraction time as the investigation factors and the yield rate and the ferulic acid content as the investigation indexes. Results The optimum extraction technology was as follows:adding 5,4,4 times the amount of 70% ethanol,ex-tracting for continuous 3 times each extracting time was 1. 5,1. 0,1. 0 h respectively. Conclusion This process is stable with good re-peatability,which is suitable for mass production.%目的:优选丹倍消瘢软膏中阿魏酸的提取工艺。方法采用 L9(34)正交试验法,以乙醇浓度、乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数为考察因素,以出膏率和阿魏酸的含量为考察指标,优选丹倍消瘢软膏中阿魏酸的提取工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为加5,4,4倍量70%乙醇,连续提取3次,每次提取时间分别为1.5,1.0,1.0 h。结论该工艺稳定,重复性好,适用于大生产。
