我院门诊药房自动化发药系统工作实践

摘要

目的：评价自动化发药系统对门诊药房工作质量的影响，以发掘其在门诊药房管理中的潜在作用。方法分析自动化发药系统对药品存贮、患者取药时间、调剂质量及整体服务水平等方面的影响。结果自动化发药系统运行以来，不仅提高了药品存贮的质量及数量，而且还减少了患者取药等待时间，提高了调剂的准确性与发药质量，从整体上提高了医院的形象和服务水平。结论自动化发药系统是一种新型的医院药房管理模式，其应用将会在不断地探索中进步与优化。%Objective To evaluate the influences of the automated dispensing system on the work quality of outpatient pharmacy and its potential effect in the outpatient pharmacy management. Methods The influences of the automated dispensing system in the aspects of the drug storage,time of patient getting drugs,dispensing quality,total service level,etc. were analyzed. Results The automated dispensing sys-tem not only improved the quality and quantity of drug storage,but also reduced the waiting time for patients getting drugs,increased the accuracy and quality of dispensing,thus enhanced the hospital image and service level. Conclusion The automated dispensing system is a new model of the hospital pharmacy management and its application will be progressed and optimized in the constant exploration.
