高效液相色谱－电喷雾检测器法测定贞芪扶正颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量

摘要

Objective To establish an HPLC-CAD method for the determination of Stachydrine Hydrochloride in Zhengqifuzheng Gran-ules. Methods A ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 Column ( 100 mm × 4. 6 mm, 3. 5 μm ) was used. Detector was CAD, with evaporation tem-perature at 35 ℃, N2 as Carrier gas, pressure at 63. 6 psi, Column temperature at 40 ℃. Results Stachydrine Hydrochloride showed good linear range within 0. 286-2. 86 μg ( r=0. 999 8 ) . The average recovery was 99. 14%, RSD=0. 42%( n=9 ) . The negative sample had no interference. Conclusion s This method is simple, feasible and reproducible. The result was reliable and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Zhengqifuzheng Granules.%目的：建立测定贞芪扶正颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量的高效液相色谱－电喷雾检测器( HPLC－CAD )法。方法采用ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18柱（100 mm ×4.6 mm，3.5μm），检测器为电喷雾检测器，雾化温度为35℃，载气N2，压力63.6 psi，柱温40℃。结果黄芪甲苷进样量在0.286~2.86μg范围内与峰面积对数值线性关系良好（ r＝0.9998），平均回收率为99.14%，RSD为0.42%（ n＝9)，阴性对照无干扰。结论该方法操作简便，灵敏度高，方法可靠，结果准确，重复性好，可作为贞芪扶正颗粒质量控制的方法。
