Objective To establish an HPLC-CAD method for the determination of Stachydrine Hydrochloride in Zhengqifuzheng Gran-ules. Methods A ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 Column ( 100 mm × 4. 6 mm, 3. 5 μm ) was used. Detector was CAD, with evaporation tem-perature at 35 ℃, N2 as Carrier gas, pressure at 63. 6 psi, Column temperature at 40 ℃. Results Stachydrine Hydrochloride showed good linear range within 0. 286-2. 86 μg ( r=0. 999 8 ) . The average recovery was 99. 14%, RSD=0. 42%( n=9 ) . The negative sample had no interference. Conclusion s This method is simple, feasible and reproducible. The result was reliable and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Zhengqifuzheng Granules.%目的:建立测定贞芪扶正颗粒中黄芪甲苷含量的高效液相色谱-电喷雾检测器( HPLC-CAD )法。方法采用ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18柱(100 mm ×4.6 mm,3.5μm),检测器为电喷雾检测器,雾化温度为35℃,载气N2,压力63.6 psi,柱温40℃。结果黄芪甲苷进样量在0.286~2.86μg范围内与峰面积对数值线性关系良好( r=0.9998),平均回收率为99.14%,RSD为0.42%( n=9),阴性对照无干扰。结论该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,方法可靠,结果准确,重复性好,可作为贞芪扶正颗粒质量控制的方法。
